Mastercard: The Priceless Dining Series

We partnered with Mastercard to host a series of exclusive events for one of their largest merchant partners, designed to strengthen connections with their premium host community and showcase the power of Mastercard’s Priceless experiences – built on the idea that the most valuable moments in life can’t be bought, they have to be experienced. 

Over just three months, we delivered 15 elevated dining events across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and New Zealand, each welcoming around 70 guests. While the brief was consistent, every event was brought to life with its own distinct style, from iconic venues and bespoke florals to personalised menus, curated gifting and live entertainment, making each experience unique and memorable. 

The series brought more than 1,000 premium hosts closer to the brand, reinforced Mastercard’s role in delivering Priceless experiences, and set a new benchmark for corporate and networking events.

Mastercard: Priceless Experiences

Mastercard wanted to help their client give cardholders more than just a ticket – they wanted unforgettable moments. The brief was to create Priceless experiences at the biggest sporting events and concerts, delivered at scale while staying true to the Priceless brand. 

We elevated every detail: priority seating and corporate boxes, branded napkins and coasters, curated goodie bags, exclusive merch and hosted hospitality lounges. Each touchpoint reinforced Mastercard as the brand that unlocks the best seats, the biggest stars, and memories that last. 

The events came to life across major arenas and stadiums, engaging thousands of fans, deepening client cardholder relationships, and cementing Mastercard’s role as the gateway to the moments that matter most.

BRAND ACTIVATIONS

Westpac: Aisle Of Prizes

Westpac set out to grab attention in busy shopping centres and give people a reason to keep their Mastercard front of wallet for everyday purchases. 

We created the Westpac Aisle of Prizes, a supermarket aisle reimagined as a live game show. Bright, bold and buzzing with energy, it toured some of Sydney’s busiest centres and was impossible to ignore. Shoppers who made a purchase with their Westpac Mastercard were instantly in the game. A single tap sent a trolley racing down the aisle, shelves lit up, and prizes were revealed in real time. From gift cards to instant goodies, routine spending turned into an exciting win. 

Promotional support across eDM and a mix of static and animated OOH extended the buzz beyond the malls. The results were undeniable, with 23,382 customer interactions and 12,462 gift cards handed out. More than just giveaways, the activation created a wave of positive brand moments and made Westpac Mastercard the card shoppers wanted to reach for.

PR/INFLUENCER EVENTS

NBA: Gary Payton’s Block Party

The NBA season was heating up, but Australia was gripped by footy finals. With Hall of Famer Gary Payton in Sydney, we needed a way to cut through and pull sports fans into the world of basketball. 

In partnership with TAB, we staged Gary Payton’s Block Party at Manly’s Hotel Steyne. Designed to feel familiar to footy fans but rooted in NBA culture, it mixed a live meet-and-greet with Gary, appearances from NRL stars and Olympians, and a mural by artist Alex LeHours. 

Over 600 fans packed in, transforming a pub into a slice of the NBA. Buzz spread quickly through owned digital channels, eDMs, influencer content and smart local media. A follow-up at the NBA Sydney Store extended the experience, with fans lining up for merch signings and exclusive offers. 

The Block Party made national headlines, reached more than 2 million online, and proved basketball could capture the attention of a footy-obsessed market.

What size of events do you deliver?

All sizes! From intimate VIP dinners for 20 to activations that fill a venue. We love creating both the quiet “wow” moments and the big, bold brand activations.

Do you work with specific industries?

Not at all. We’ve created Priceless dining experiences for Mastercard and venue takeovers for the NBA. If you want your audience to feel something, we’re your people.

When should we bring AWE into the planning?

As early as possible, that’s when the magic really happens. But don’t worry if you’re late to the party (literally). We’re used to working at speed and getting in where we fit in.
